So that your property stands out online, we create a 360 degree virtual tour and offer Zillow walkthrough videos. Properties are advertised with "Just Listed" postcard mailings, flyers, direct mail campaigns, email campaigns and on social media. We leverage our vast relationships by targeting agents who specialize in your neighborhood - so your house is top of mind for them and their clients. After each showing, we ask for feedback from the buyers' agents, so you can get a feel for how your property is being perceived by potential buyers. For many of our properties, before we have professional photos taken, we bring in a staging consultant to help you put your property's best foot forward.

 At KM Luxury Homes, you won't have to pay upfront or monthly fees for items like marketing or office space. Here, there are no real estate commission splits. We know you work hard and believe you should keep more of your commission. Our agents pay a flat fee of $750 per transaction, and that's only once the deal is closed. We cap those fees annually with a maximum of $10,500 per year, plus each agent gets one free personal transaction. All transactions after an agents hits their annual cap are free. Got a referral? We don't take splits on earned referral fees either. 

Unprecedented support for our agents - new and established.

When it comes time to hang your real estate license with a real estate brokerage, we provide a fantastic environment for new and established agents who are self-starters. At KM Luxury Homes, you won't have to worry about how to find a real estate mentor, because we invest in our new agents with one of the best mentors in the business. She fully dedicates her time to coaching so that she can be completely focused on the agents she is mentoring. Kelli Martin, our managing broker, also supports the team with an established coaching schedule and is available to the team for answers and help 7 days a week. 

All of our agents, new and established get the support they need to make their vision possible. At KM Luxury Homes, each agent creates an annual business plan with the help of our managing broker. Need help? Have a question? There's always someone there to support you and answer questions 7 days a week. We have quarterly team meetings with guest speakers and brainstorming sessions so that our agents never stop learning and growing.

It all starts with our founder, Kelli Martin, and why she started the business. As she rose in her corporate career, and also became a new parent, she could not find the work/life balance and flexibility she needed within her corporate role. Even simple things like being able to work from home when a child was sick were not available. She knew there had to be a happy medium between leaning into an inflexible career and totally opting out of having a career at all. So, she decided to make a career pivot into her lifelong passion of real estate. In real estate, Kelli knew she'd find a challenging and rewarding career plus the flexibility she sought in running her own business.

Kelli has taken that philosophy and applied it to the environment she creates for her team at KM Luxury Homes. She structures the brokerage so that agents can successfully have both: a rewarding career bringing the very best service to their clients, PLUS the flexibility they need to pursue their other passions.
